What should I do if I receive a defective product?
We will exchange the product if it is found to be defective on delivery. All you have to do is send an unboxing video(Whatsapp or email) of the product showing that it is received defective. Incase you fail to send us an unboxing video showing that the product is defective, then we cannot exchange the product.
Can I exchange a customized product?
Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
Within how many days can I initiate an exchange?
Within 2 days once the order is delivered. Orders will not be eligible for exchange after 2 days of the order being delivered.
How to keep the parcel ready for Reverse Pickup?
All product tags should be intact and the product should be kept in the original packing bag in which it was sent. A pickup person from our logistics partners will come and collect it from your shipping address.
Can I return the order and get a refund?
We do not accept returns and refund. However, in some cases we do accept returns and replace it with other products from our store.
