How do I exchange a product for size issue?
For exchange in case of size issue, you will have to contact us either on Whatsapp (6262630505) or email us @customjersey.in@gmail.com.
As the product is totaly cutomise first we will check if the size is placed wrong from our side then we will arrange for Reverse Pickup from your Shipping address.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
After we receive the product from your end, our Quality Check Team will inspect the product/products. Once the inspection is done and the products are as we send them from here without any defects, then we will send the exchange item from our end.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
We will exchange the product if it is found to be defective on delivery. All you have to do is send an unboxing video(Whatsapp or email) of the product showing that it is received defective.
Incase you fail to send us an unboxing video showing that the product is defective, then we cannot exchange the product.
Can I exchange a customized jersey ?
Customized jerseys, Player name printed jerseys are not eligible for exchange.
Can I exchange Jackets, Shorts, Lowers & Tracksuits for size issue?
No, Jackets, Shorts, Lowers & Tracksuits are not eligible for exchange in case of size issue.
Within how many days can I initiate an exchange?
Within 2 days once the order is delivered. Orders will not be eligible for exchange after 2 days of the order being delivered.
How to keep the parcel ready for Reverse Pickup?
All product tags should be intact and the product should be kept in the original packing bag in which it was sent. A pickup person from our logistics partners will come and collect it from your shipping address.
Can I return the order and get a refund?
We do not accept returns and refund. However, in some cases we do accept returns and replace it with other products from our store.
